By proceeding with membership in our cooperative, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed and understood the cooperative’s goals, structure, and obligations. Your participation is voluntary, and while the cooperative aims to achieve shared success, individual results may vary. The cooperative cannot guarantee specific returns on investments, and members are advised to participate actively to maximize their benefits.

Terms of Reference

1. Membership Eligibility:

a. Membership is open to individuals not older than 50 years at the time of registering,

b. share our cooperative values and are willing to contribute to our shared goal

2. Member Contributions: Each member is required to make regular financial contributions as specified in the membership agreement (form filled). These contributions are essential for the cooperative’s operations and investment opportunities.

3. Decision-Making: The cooperative operates on a democratic basis, with each member having one vote in decision-making processes, regardless of their financial contribution.

4. Profit Distribution: Profits generated by the cooperative will be distributed among members in proportion to their contributions, as outlined in the cooperative’s bylaws.

5. Liability: Members are only liable for the amount of their unpaid subscriptions or agreed-upon contributions, ensuring limited personal financial risk.

1. Commitment to Participation: Members must actively engage in cooperative meetings, discussions, and decision-making activities. Attendance and participation are crucial for the cooperative’s success.

2. Financial Integrity: Members are expected to make all financial contributions on time. Delays or defaults in contributions may result in suspension of benefits or membership termination.

3. Confidentiality Agreement: All members must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to the cooperative’s operations, strategies, and fellow members.

4. Adherence to Decisions: Once a decision is democratically made, all members are expected to support and adhere to it, even if they initially disagree.

5. Ethical Conduct: Members must act with honesty, fairness, and integrity in all cooperative-related activities. Any form of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.

6. Dispute Resolution: Members agree to resolve disputes through the cooperative’s established internal procedures before seeking external resolution.

7. Promotion and Support: Members are encouraged to promote cooperative products and services and to support fellow members in their ventures.

8. Succession Planning: Members should establish a succession plan for their cooperative responsibilities and benefits, ensuring continuity in unforeseen circumstances.
